Create your Meta app
Go to developers.facebook.com/apps → Create App → type Business → after creating, click Add product → WhatsApp → Set up.

Copy your Phone Number ID
In WhatsApp → API Setup you'll see "Phone number ID" under your number. Copy it into the field above.

Create a permanent token
Business Settings → System Users → Add → name it "wamarketer" (Admin) → Generate token → select your app → check whatsapp_business_messaging + whatsapp_business_management → copy the token above. (Tokens from API Setup expire in 24h — use a System User token!)

Connect the webhook
WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhook → Edit:

📊 Daily owner report

Every morning at 7 AM, get yesterday's numbers on WhatsApp: conversations, new leads, hot leads with names — so you know exactly who to call.

Gradually increases your daily send limit (50 → 200 → 500 → 1,000/day) so Meta trusts your number. Turning this off removes limits and increases ban risk.

Tip: message your business number once from your personal phone ("subscribe") — then reports always arrive as normal messages. Otherwise create a template named daily_summary with body: 📊 Daily report {{1}}: {{2}} and we fall back to it automatically.
